Hi, I'm Everett.
I'm the Principal Consultant at Red Hare Analytics. I help mid-size companies — typically 50–300 people, with real data complexity and no in-house data team — get reporting they can rely on. I build the data foundation that keeps the numbers right, and the dashboards and reports your team works from every day, in Power BI or whatever tool you already use.
AI is getting good at producing charts and answers on demand. What it can't do is fix the data underneath — AI on top of bad data gives you confident wrong answers. My job is to make the foundation right, so everything built on it holds up.
Engagements are fixed-scope and predictable — most start with a $750 Health Check — and you work directly with me, start to finish. I also work as the technical builder behind consulting firms that own the client relationship.

What clients ask first
How does the $750 Health Check work?
You give me access to one report and the model behind it. In 3–5 business days you get scored findings across performance, model design, and data trust, plus a prioritized roadmap — what to fix first and why. If you hire me for the fix, the $750 is credited back. If you don't, you still have the roadmap.
What does fixed-scope mean in practice?
We agree on the deliverable and the price before work starts, and that's what you pay — no hourly meter running. Ideas that come up mid-project go onto a roadmap and get scoped on their own, so good ideas don't turn into scope creep.
Do you work remote?
Yes — Red Hare is a US-based remote practice. The work happens in your environment: your Power BI tenant, your databases, your Microsoft 365. Nothing needs to leave your systems for me to work on it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Models, reports, pipelines, and documentation all live in your environment from day one. There are no proprietary components and no dependency on me to keep the lights on — the documentation is written so the next person can pick it up.
How do you use AI?
As a tool, not the product. AI compresses the mechanical work — mockup drafts, scaffolding, documentation — which is why a mockup takes days instead of weeks. Design decisions stay human. On the automation side, I add AI only where it removes real, measurable manual work; much of the time a plain Power Automate flow does the job better, and I'll say so.
We don't have a data team. Is that a problem?
It's the typical starting point. Most of my clients are mid-size companies with real data complexity and nobody dedicated to BI. I work with whoever owns the data day to day, and everything is documented and handed over so it stays maintainable after I step back.
